Dream Vacations is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are incomplete, garbled, delayed by mail or computer transmissions, misdirected or otherwise ineligible. All entries become the property of Dream Vacations, and will not be acknowledged or returned. The My Dream Vacation Sweepstakes will begin on December 3rd, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and end December 9th, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. All entries must be received during this time frame to be eligible.
2. Selection of Winner And Eligibility: Winner will be chosen on or about December 10th, 2016 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone /email within 30 days of the drawing. Winner will be required to sign and return to Dream Vacations, an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity releases within 14 days of notification. Traveling companion of Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign a liability and publicity release before ticketing. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The total number of entries received determines the sweepstakes winning chances.
3. Prize: Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize includes one double occupancy stateroom on a select cruise onboard Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas®. Prize may not be exchanged with another cruise line, ship or vacation type. Airfare, transportation to and from the port city, ground transfers, pre-post-hotel, government taxes, fuel supplement, gratuities, shore excursions and other personal expenditures are the responsibility solely of winner. The Grand Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any other form of value added compensation. Offer applies to a specific select sailing date in October 2017. No guests under the age of 21 will be booked in a stateroom unless accompanied by an adult age 21 years or older, except for married couples under the age of 21. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel.
